Refrigerated Delivery

The final step — and the one customers actually see — is delivery. A product that's passed careful sourcing, disciplined freezer storage, and hygienic packing would still be wasted if it's damaged in transit. That's why SNFI runs a dedicated refrigerated fleet (reefer / cold chain vehicles) engineered to hold freezing temperatures throughout the trip, not just a regular box truck with ice packs.

Deliveries are scheduled daily across Lombok, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara, with routes planned to keep transit time short and minimize how often the vehicle needs to be opened. Every delivery vehicle carries temperature monitoring, so we know exactly what condition a product is in from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it's handed over.

The result: whatever reaches the customer — hotel, restaurant, cafe, caterer, or a home order — carries the exact same frozen quality as when it left our warehouse. No temperature drop along the way, no risk of a half-thawed delivery. That's the standard we hold on every single shipment, without exception.
