How We Keep It Fresh · 03
Hygienic Packing
Once properly stored, products move into packing — a step that's easy to underestimate but shapes the entire experience once a product reaches a customer's kitchen. We portion every item to order, whether that's bulk volume for a hotel kitchen or a small batch for home catering.
Each portion is vacuum sealed to remove air from the packaging, slow down oxidation, and extend freshness far beyond standard packaging. Every pack also carries a clear label with product name, production date, and expiry date, so a customer's kitchen team can manage stock rotation (FIFO — first in, first out) without guesswork.
The entire packing process takes place in a hygienic area under strict cleanliness standards: staff wear gloves and dedicated work attire, surfaces are sanitized routinely, and the packing area is kept separate from raw-material receiving to prevent cross-contamination. It's this level of detail that makes SNFI products safe to use straight in a professional kitchen.
